The Problem

A regional facilities manager was needing some help, at one of his building locations, in meeting current government facility maintenance and cleaning standards mandated by the federal government.

Once hired, L&J ownership interviewed and evaluated every existing employees work responsibilities and performance. Upon completing the interviews, evaluating very little adoption of new training and poor work results, all employees were eventually fired. L&J Building Maintenance remained on site and recruited, hired and trained a new staff that successfully achieved all federal government building performance standards.
