The Problem

A federal courthouse was experiencing complaints about the maintenance and cleanliness of their building from federal tenants and the local community using their facility. Courthouse sought to find a building maintenance company that could provide staff training, implement standards for cleaning and develop a maintenance program to meet existing contract agreements that would keep the facility looking its very best.

Through this process, L&J ownership committed 6 months to working out-of-state to fix the maintenance and cleaning problem.
