PROACTIVE SECURITY
We understand that security and safety is a serious matter. We take the necessary precautions to ensure that security protocols and proper documentation is in order with all employees working in your building. All LJ Building Maintenance Services’ cleaning crews complete these steps before entering a customer building:
1. Background Checks. We run a thorough county of residence background check prior to hiring. We conduct drug testing upon customer request.
2. Work Authorization/Accuracy Checks. We utilize the Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify program for employment verification.
3. Safety & Security Training. We provide extensive security protocol and procedure training. We currently operate in several large secure buildings and fully understand and adhere to policy requirements.
4. Key Accountability Agreements. All our day porters, custodial and night cleaning crews who are assigned keys follow our key management procedures and sign a key accountability agreement.
